We hadn't made all our choices when we got to the window so we told her she could help the other customer. we had to wait longer but she did say sorry but it was our call ( meaning we were the ones to tell her to help the other person) obviously we knew that already and it left a terrible impression of her customer service. Then I had a question about what an item on the menu was and she acted like I should know and didn't even describe it except repeat the name of it in a slower tone of voice. The drinks did taste good though. With so many other coffee stand options I wouldn't go back to this one.February 04, 2017
