  On Thursday March 9, 2017 I order pizza online at 5pm and by 6pm the delivery guy shows up with someone else's pizza. You call the restaurant back and request to speak with the manager about your awful service. After explaining to the manager about the issue and requesting a FRESH PIZZA at no charge around 6pm and he totally understands and says he will get the pizza out to you. At 7pm the pizza was still not here so I again contacted Dominos about my order. The manager says the pizza is on its way. At approximately 715pm the pizza shows up but not fresh and was cold. At this time I did not call over to the restaurant, but called Dominos Corporate office and explained everything to them. They told me someone from the local office who owns the local franchise will contact me with in the next 24 hours. As of today (3/16/17) I am still waiting for someone to call and take ownership of this disaster. Stay away from this place at all cost.

  Tried to get a clarification from one of the employees as to how to order on line as we had signed up under their rewards program since we have ordered here many many times before. Trying to find out why the medium two topping pizzas came up at $12.58. Was told that was the price of them. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they (both) were too busy making pizzas. Told him I was glad they did not have any concerns about having future customers. Went up to the store to speak with the supervisor and was told she had no idea on how to do the ordering on line. Three medium two topping pizzas and one gluten free small $56.00????? Having my own business I know the value of repeat customers and better public relations. Was told maybe I should just go somewhere else.
